1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to digital products (“Products”) sold on this website. By purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via instant download after successful payment. No physical items are shipped.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal and commercial marketing purposes. Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, distributing, or making the Product publicly available in its original or similar form is strictly prohibited.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Products, refunds are not provided unless the Product is technically inaccessible.

5. No Guarantees

Products do not guarantee marketing, advertising, financial, or fitness-related results. Any examples are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise of performance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, templates, and related assets remain the intellectual property of the creator. Copyright is not transferred upon purchase.

7. Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are processed via third-party platforms. Unauthorized chargebacks are not permitted. Buyers must contact the creator directly to resolve access issues.

8. Consumer Rights & Compliance

These Terms do not override consumer rights applicable in certain jurisdictions; however, digital goods may be exempt from refund obligations under US, UK, EU, and AU consumer law frameworks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of the Products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ukraine.

11. Amendments

The creator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and the creator concerning the Products.

License & Usage Terms

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal or commercial marketing, subject to these terms.

2. Permitted Uses

- You may edit, customize, and incorporate the templates into your own marketing materials.

- You may use the templates to create advertisements, social media posts, landing pages, or related promotional content for yourself or your clients.

3. Prohibited Uses

- Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or distributing the templates or any derivative works in their original form or in a form that allows extraction or re-use of the templates by others.

- Offering the templates as a standalone product or including them in a library, marketplace, or subscription service.

- Claiming ownership or authorship of the templates.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights not expressly granted herein remain with the creator. This license does not transfer ownership of the templates to you.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy any copies of the templates.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Our products are digital goods delivered electronically and are not eligible for return once accessed or downloaded.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where:

- The product cannot be downloaded or is corrupted and we are unable to rectify the issue.

- You were charged multiple times for the same product.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
